Paolo Leo Orfeo Negroamaro Puglia IGP is a structured and elegant red wine from southern Puglia. Deep ruby with garnet hues, it opens with a pronounced spicy bouquet featuring black cherry, blackcurrant, and blueberry, complemented by notes of black pepper, licorice, vanilla, and chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with smooth, balanced tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Production
Grapes are carefully destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25°C for 8–10 days. Maceration on the skins for 12–15 days, with repeated pump-overs, ensures full extraction of colour, aroma, and tannins. The wine is then gently pressed to retain elegance and structure. The wine is matured for three months in stainless steel, followed by 12 months in a combination of American and French oak barrels, creating depth, complexity, and smooth integration of tannins.
