The Gremillet estate was founded by Jean-Michel Gremillet in 1979 and is situated in the southern reaches of the Aube, near Troyes, where the vineyards achieve greater ripeness and produce a richer, more characterful style of Champagne . The Ambassadeur Brut is Gremillet's flagship non-vintage cuvee, presented here in a magnum for those occasions that demand something truly special. Only the first, lightest pressings are used, as is customary for fine Champagne.
