Meet the Producer
Produced by Araldica Castelvero, one of Piemonte's most forward-thinking co-operatives based in Castel Boglione at the heart of Barbera d'Asti, this Brachetto showcases the winery's dedication to both tradition and quality in producing distinctive Piedmont wines.
Production
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Monferrato hills of southern Asti province, grown on limestone clay soils at altitudes of 250–400m. Vines average 20 years of age and are trained using the low Guyot system. Grapes are hand-harvested in late August, then chilled and macerated on skins for 2–3 days before pressing. Fermentation takes place in pressurised tanks and is halted early, leaving natural sweetness at 5.5% ABV with around 100g/l residual sugar.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
