Ginja Ninja is a natural orange wine from central Spain, crafted from 100% organic Verdejo grapes. Unlike typical white wines, the grapes are macerated and fermented with their skins, giving the wine its distinctive amber-orange hue and subtle tannic grip. This extended skin contact adds depth, texture, and a punchy personality that sets it apart from conventional whites.

Production
Grapes are grown at 700 metres altitude on sandy limestone soils and harvested at peak ripeness. Fermentation with native yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks, with extended skin contact to extract flavour and structure. The wine is bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural character.
Tasting Notes
Hazy amber-orange in colour. Aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, wild herbs, and a touch of spice. The palate is zippy and textured, with citrus, stone fruit, and tea-like complexity. Subtle tannins and bright acidity give it a refreshing, grippy finish. Food match Perfect with fermented foods, charcuterie, spicy Asian dishes, or adventurous plant-based fare. Grape Verdejo 100% (organic)
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
