Meet the Producer
Produced in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, the estate focuses on traditional southern French varietals, emphasising harmony, depth, and balance in every vintage.
Production
Grapes are carefully harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. Post-fermentation maceration ensures fine tannin extraction. The wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks to integrate fruit and structure.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red with purple highlights, the nose reveals blackcurrant, cherry, pepper, thyme, and dark chocolate aromas. The palate is structured and balanced, offering bright red fruit flavours and fine, silky tannins that provide elegance and depth. Food match Ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean cuisine, cold cuts, barbecue, game, and medium cheeses. Grape Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre
Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
