Louis Jadot Château des Jacques Fleurie is an elegant expression of Gamay from one of the 10 crus of Beaujolais. Located in the charming village between Moulin-à-Vent and Chiroubles, the vineyards are planted on granitic soil with east/south-east orientation where the local wind helps the grapes mature regularly, creating a wine with finesse and character.
Why You'll Love It
This is Fleurie with real elegance—refined, beautifully balanced, and expertly crafted by prestigious Burgundy house Louis Jadot. Château des Jacques represents one of Beaujolais' finest estates, and this wine showcases the distinctive character of Fleurie's granitic soils. Part of the wine is vinified traditionally with destemmed grapes and part with whole grapes, with ageing lasting 10 to 12 months in either stainless steel vats or larger casks. This offers exceptional quality and finesse with 2-5 years ageing potential depending on the vintage.

Evidence boundary
This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
