This sparkling wine, dominated by Pinot Noir (at least 75 per cent), showcases red berries, wild strawberries and redcurrants, with hints of flowers and citrus, and subtle notes of marzipan. Situated at an altitude of 650–700 metres overlooking the Sarca, a tributary of the Po which feeds into Lake Garda, Levii's high-altitude vineyards are harvested by hand and vinified using the Metodo Classico (Champagne method) with absolute precision. This expertise, born of a blend of modern and traditional techniques, is reflected on the palate: crisp, taut and rich, with the freshness and minerality typical of mountain limestone soils. A tribute to family – the founding value of Levii – the Trento Extra Brut Rosé celebrates Rosetta, the grandmother of Cesare, the estate's owner. These bubbles tell the story of Cesare and his partners and friends Riccardo and Edoardo, a new generation of winemakers at the heart of the wine-growing revival in this Alpine region, on the edge of the Trento DOC.

Evidence boundary

This page combines the recorded bottle identity with linked source records. An exact region-name match supplies regional context but does not prove that this bottle carries the protected designation. A vineyard is only shown as bottle-level evidence when a wine-to-vineyard link exists. BottlePicker does not infer a vineyard, soil or site climate from a retailer title.
